There is no secret to our fuser remanufacturing process. CLT Inc. uses only OEM and quality remanufactured parts on our fuser assemblies. Don't be fooled by cheap imitations. We do not believe in cutting corners by using mediocre, visually passable parts which will only last a short period of time. Our six-month warranty coverage speaks for itself. Our aim is to provide value for your money.
Our edge over the competition? Should you have technical problems which you perceive might be caused by our remanufactured products, you're just a phone call away from our technical support team - the best in the business. To minimize downtime, warranty replacement parts are shipped right away.
Disassembly:
1. Fuser assemblies are completely disassembled.
2. Defective parts and worn out parts such as rollers and gears are placed in designated bins and sent to recycling facilities.
3. Heater lamps, thermistors and thermofuses are inspected for wear and tear and tested for continuity.
4. Chassis and remaining parts inspected, washed and cleaned thoroughly.
Re-Assembly:
Fuser assemblies are re-assembled with new or remanufactured parts as appropriate.
Quality Control: Testing
1. Visual inspection performed for cosmetic/appearance reason.
2. Install fuser assemblies on test beds and run continuous tests.
3. Inspect printout for ghosting and proper toner fusing into paper.
4. Fuser assemblies that pass inventory control are labeled and placed in inventory.
